Refund policy
At Frocks Collection, all orders are processed on a prepaid basis only.
Since our products are handmade and/or customized, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed.
Refund or replacement will be provided only in case the product is received in a damaged condition due to shipping.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
• The customer must share a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
• The video must clearly show the damaged product.
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
The unboxing video and complaint must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Once the damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Frocks Collection reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request.
