• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier partner.
Shipping Charges:
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Coverage:
• We currently ship across India only.
Order Tracking:
• Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
Delivery Responsibility:
• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.
• Frocks Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural conditions, or incorrect address details.
Damaged Products:
• If the product is received in a damaged condition, an unboxing video is mandatory.
• The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.
• The complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
